Online investment services company engages Indigo Pacific to implement a fully integrated web content Management solution to improve workflow and enhance CRM capability. 2020 DIRECTINVEST is a dynamic investment company delivering low cost financial services and products including managed funds and superannuation funds in a web based environment. 2020 DIRECTINVEST provides member services to some of Australia’s largest professional associations, including the Australian Medical Association, the Australian Dental Association, the Australian Shareholders’ Association and Engineers Australia.

Australian Mutual Provident (AMP)

AMP Improves Customer Service and Reduces Costs Using the Adobe Intelligent Document Platform.  AMP is a leading regional wealth management company with more than 3.4 million customers in Australia and New Zealand and over 3,400 employees. AMP has more than 960,000 shareholders and manages assets of approximately A$79 billion. AMP has two major businesses, AMP Financial Services and AMP Capital Investors.

NSW Rural Fire Service

State fire prevention service uses Adobe Intelligent Document Platform to eliminate the costs and delays of  labour-intensive, paper-based procurement process. NSW RFS is the world's largest fire service, with 69,000 volunteer firefighter members. It provides emergency services to more than 90% of New South Wales. NSW RFS worked with Indigo Pacific to deploy Adobe document process management and forms creation solutions to increase the speed with which procurement requests can be fulfilled for rural firefighters and support staff.

Wesley Mission

Indigo Pacific used their experience in implementing automated workflow technologies and services to provide a system that meets our needs exactly. Wesley Mission is an Australian charitable organisation that manages more than 400 community care and support programmes. Wesley Mission worked with Indigo Pacific to deploy Adobe solutions to increase the reliability and efficiency of its internal Human Resources and Information Technology procedures throughout NSW. The creation of online forms enabled employees to access and request appropriate actions from both departments.

When it came time for renewal and licensing of the Microsoft CMS, Unilever made the decision to switch to the RedDot CMS solution provided by Indigo Pacific as it was the right time for Unilever to empower their users. Unilever is one of the world's largest consumer products companies. It has an extensive portfolio of nutrition, hygiene and personal care brands including icons such as Flora, Dove, Lynx, Rexona, Findus, Birds Eye and Omo. Adobe Intelligent Document Platform Solution The Department of Industry, Tourism and Resources develops and implements a range of industry policies and business assistance programs that build on the Australian Government’s three key drivers of economic growth: innovation, investment and international competitiveness. These policies and programs are designed to increase the international competitiveness of Australian manufacturing, resources and service industries, develop Australia’s innovation and technology capabilities and infrastructure, and facilitate an increased level of foreign investment in Australia. Victorian Dept. of Human Services

Adobe Capture electronic forms solution was chosen by DHS. DHS was formed in April 1996 through the amalgamation of The Department of Health and Community Services, The Office of Housing and the Office of Youth Affairs. The Departments mission is to enhance and protect the health and well being of all Victorians. The Acute Health Division has a program responsible for the purchase of services from public hospitals, which accounts for almost half of the Departments budget. It provides for the planning, funding, monitoring and improvement of the Victorian public hospital system to ensure delivery of accessible, high quality and effective public and private acute health services.
