We are seeking a Software Support Consultant for our head office in St Leonards. The role is an entry level position working in our Support Help Desk group. There is scope for advancement for the successful applicant with a transition into our project integration team. The position is full time and is available for immediate start.
Core Technical Skills
The ideal candidate can demonstrate ability to learn quickly and master a range of products including Adobe (JetForm) Central Pro, Adobe LiveCycle Suite and IBM Workplace Forms (PureEdge) and related technologies. Skills and experience in software support is an advantage and strong understanding of Windows based software systems is required.

Core Technical Skills
The ideal candidate must have skills and significant experience in Adobe LiveCycle Designer, form design, a clear understanding of Adobe LiveCycle Forms and as desirable elements, Adobe LiveCycle Server products including Policy, Security and Workflow. Additional skills in JetForm / Adobe Central Pro will be considered.
Major Areas of Responsibility
Technical and functional architecture design; Hands-on development in code and product languages; eForms and e-Process technical development and consulting; Pre-sales visits and creation of appropriate demos; General application development for customer projects and internal uses; Provide delivery, training and knowledge transfer of the software technologies delivered by the organisation.
Soft Skills
Understanding of requirements gathering;
Ability to prepare written documentation;
Ability to estimate effort associated with a project;
Adherence to project milestones and billing deadlines;
